In 2004, Department of Bioethics at Case Western Reserve University created the first PhD in Bioethics program in the US. Our program has a long standing reputation for excellent education, scholarship, and research that will train a stellar group of scholars in bioethics and medical humanities that are advancing our fields in many areas.
