How the heck do I get the stupid place it image off? Or does it go away when I download?

download button disappears until I upload image although I already had image I added and edited. If I pick new mockup images is already on it and I can't edit placement etc. HELP!

I can't download my mockup once I edited it. It gets stuck in "processing your download" and then gives an error. Any fix?

What about if you want to change background with other city or landscape backgrounds? that is not possible yet right? Unless they implement AI in their tools to do that..
