Animations Rendered in Blender using Eevee.

Face was recolor/retexture of Ashen Lady outfit which has intact face mesh from ingame, I swapped textures on her face with mix of custom ones I had.

The uniform outfit and Silenthill outfit is not part of the DBD these were fanmade, uniform outfit was inspired by archives video showcasing Sally in her nurse uniform and silent hill one is from faceless nurse from silent hill.

Uniform outfit is modified version what was used for Tanya in little hope.

Imagine this as legendary skin where nurse looks normal but once she stars charging her blink she turns undead looking until she hits recovery turning human again.

After the archive cutscene, we saw that she didn't had a baby face. Kind of a angry or serious face. And her moves, thinking, kind nurse and litteraly Nurse moves. This is a masterpiece

You did an excellent job in the first one, but the way you captured more detailed flesh tones and age within her face is some seriously awesome work. I've got no reason to believe this isn't what she would look like as a model in-game, straight up.

Your hag and nurse transformations remain my favorites. This is BRILLIANT! Thank you for all the work you put in on these renders, they really help the community feel more immersed within the backstory of each killer. One can only hope Behaviour will one day provide legendary outfits for each of their killers, representing each of them as their past selves.

Her three unlockable perks would be:
Stridor - Prestige 1 (Level 30 in the old system)
When running or recovering from Exhaustion, you don't make any panting noises, effectively making your breath silent. Breathing noises are reduced by 60/80/100%
Your ability to calmly breathe also relieves some pain upon entering the injured stage. Your grunts of pain are reduced by 20/35/50%

Thanatophobia - Prestige 2 (Level 35)
Upon taking damage from any source, you don't leave trails of blood for 30/45/60 seconds.
Also, you see the auras of other injured survivors within a 32/48/64 meter radius, and they can also see yours within the same range.

A Nurse's Calling - Prestige 3 (Level 40)
For every survivor in the trial entering the injured state for the first time, gain a token (including yourself), up to a maximum of 4 tokens.
While self-healing, press the active ability button to spend a token. This will automatically heal one health state over the course of 32/28/24 seconds. Doing a conspicous action will pause the healing timer until the action is completed, and stay paused for an additional 15 seconds.
While healing another survivor, press the active ability button to spend a token and increase the healing speed by 50/75/100%, but you will be faced with two considerably harder skill checks (slightly bigger than Brand New Part).
