Complete Beginners Guide To Profitable Product Research On Shopify (2019)

I want to talk to you about product research on Shopify and why most people are simply doing it wrong.

The problem with drop shipping and testing products is people just don't get it. You need to actually test a lot of products to find your first winner that's just the way it is. The market will tell you what works and you have no idea if something will work unless you test it.

When it comes to Shopify product research on aliexpress you need to keep it simple. Think about this for a second, if you go out there and try to find the perfect product do you think it would be successful?

You won't because what the successful stores are doing is testing a lot of products and that's what works. Every time I have a successful eCommerce student I ask him what helped him or her get there and they ALWAYS say "testing a lot of products".

What you want to do is find a niche then put it into Aliexpress and find the top sellers. You want to do this over and over again until you have a list of high selling items you can then test on Facebook.

That's really all there is to it and you will find a winner over time. Finding the perfect product for your drop shipping store doesn't exist and I recommend you take the time to test multiple niches and products instead.

Your Videos are great, I just wonder how up to date alot of these videos are with in the courses offered, while you cant be expected to pump out recent all 2019 Videos this takes time to build up and some should be be current 2019. Hi Franklin! We are 3 young entrepreneurs from Norway, we quitted school just to start our own business. We learned ALOT from you, and we love u. With our first shopify store ever made, without knowing wtf we were doing, we made around 43 198, 14 $ in one month, aggressively testing to find winning products and so on... Of course with little knowledge first of all we didnt even know that we had to use business manager, so ofc our page was shut down, now almost 6 months later we found out about all the problems and we learned so much more, we are even having a social media agency helping other companies do marketing. BUT now that we are planning to open an e-commerce store my main issue right now is, and one of the main issues for us back then was, HOW to know for sure that the products coming from that particular seller on Aliexpress is legit? I know we have to check out the supplier, and look at the feedback, but that will take a h*ll of alot of time if u have to do that on every product, and even if the product is not a winner it will be waste of time somehow... And ofc I know everything takes time and that you have no other choice but to put in all that work to be successful but if you have any other solutions or options on how you do that? Because we had alot of complaining from people receiving products that were different from what the pics in our store was (the same pics from the products from ali ofc), or that it tok so long time before they got the product. So my main issue is how to know for sure that the supplier is legit and that the product will be the same as it shows on the pics and that it will come in their maibox in the time that the supplier says. Pardon my bad english, but I hope u understand and see this and have time to answer. We love u Franklin and we hope to meet u in the future soon.
