Train AI with your own STYLIZED architectural SKETCHES (Stable diffusion + Dreambooth)

The ability to create realistic photos using AI has been widely explored, however sometimes a creative sketch can more clearly tell a story or explain a concept.

AI can be also used to create custom styles to create detailed illustrations of your designs. The process of creating these illustrative urban sketches can take many hours if not days while the AI can not only generate it under a minute but also have the creative ability to create and interpret its own scenes to give you more options and improvements.

With just a simple dataset and quick training you can already see the potential to create essentially for free your unique architectural illustrations which can be re-used over again for each new project. With this said you can see a lot of roughness in the sketches and at time difficulty to control the content, however this can be greatly improved through better curation of dataset images, data quantity and training methods. Looking forward to improving this workflow using AI to aid urban storey telling and illustration.

Thanks a lot for the Tutorial! A followed it to the letter but when I click the "Train" button the program starts running but after 10 seconds throws me this error under the Output Space:
Exception training model: ''NoneType' object is not subscriptable'.

Any ideas will be appreciated. I've already looked on it but could find an explanation/solution....
