I relate to his need to feel perfect so much. As someone who's spent their whole life surrounded by people with struggles and confilcts. Being a child in the middle of a family that fell apart, having to be the main male role model to my 2 younger brothers. Having multiple friends who struggled with mental health issues and drug addictions, supporting a mother who's been mentally hanging on by a thread for years. Going straight into work out of school to earn money and make it easier on my mother.
I've always had to be ok, i never let myself be the guy that people need to worry about. Putting pressure on your ability to be self-reliant is a horrible burden to bear
