As much as I like this training montage. I was really hoping they would explain the Mishimas electricity and the reason for Jin’s gloves and flame design he seems to favor

This scene would be ten times improved just by including Jin’s Tekken 3 theme

Easily my most hated scene in the series. Why's that? Because of all the missed opportunities. You give us a anime based on Tekken 3 and even show glimpses of Jin's life with heihachi but do nothing with it. Him meeting Howrang? Just related to a scene in the montage. His relationship with, Xiaoyu? Also relegated to a scene in the montage. So much character depth, interactions, and development could've been done in this series and they just skipped over it. Which is the biggest flaw with this show in my opinion, it's nothing but missed potential.

One thing I dislike about this scene is while certainly impressive in showing Jin's skill, it's still disappointing they gloss over giving us a full scene with Hwaorong and Xiaoyu. It definitely didn't help Heichachi was only shown as a cruel father figure when it's a bit more complex in the games.
