The Apple SE watch is fabulous. I’m a runner and when in outdoor run setting it shows time, pace, distance & heart rate. It’s something I use every day. Expensive but worth it.

Ive worn a fit bit for years before switching over to my apple watch and I love it! Really easy to set timers, track meditation and sleep. In my opinion its much more effective at tracking activities and heartrate and syncing with MyFitnessPal. I LOVE it and got it for a great deal (under 200) through Target last year.
