The architecture of this building is incredible. Many modern homes have a lot of useless spaces and not well thought of spaces. But this one, every inch is well thought of and designed. You get to use every inch of the house. Dream home!

Enez im going to let you know that you and mikey are my favorite duo in home touring category, you both always did great jobs and keeps getting better! One thing i cannot find in this channel is "Disappointment".

I'm usually not a fan of contemporary homes but this one is nice, mainly for the views! My only concern is access to the rooftop deck: I hope there is an alternate access to it other than the master suite. Just imagine guests having to walk through your sanctuary to get to that deck. Also, I hope consideration was given to getting food out there to utilize the BBQ. It would be nice if the deck could be accessed directly from the kitchen downstairs via another staircase. As you showed the home I tried to get an overall layout of the floorplan but it was difficult to keep track.
