Flash could easily beat wanda and superman would win, he has super strength, superhearing, X-Ray vision, he can fly, heat vison, cold breath, and he is invulnerable to everthing except Kryptonite. He can also fly up to space and get right next to the sun and be fine while thor almost died with the neutron star.
