David Coverdale's vocals on "Here I Go Again" were so sultry and smooth, I knew y'all pointed me in the right direction. I still plan on hearing him in Deep Purple and alongside Jimmy Page, but first I wanted to hear one more Whitesnake song from your top recommended!

Join professional opera singer Elizabeth Zharoff, as she listens to Whitesnake and David Coverdale performing "Is This Love" for the first time.

Since you've done Is This Love & Here I Go Again. You might as well do In The Still Of The Night

Still of the Night is my favorite Whitesnake song. A real rock song, killer guitars, wicked vocals. Please, please, please! ❤️🤘🏼🤘🏼

"Stiil of the Night" needs to be next. His range and the guitar work is incredible. Plus the coolest violin bow trick ever.

Elizabeth focused on vocals. Me viewing and re-viewing 20X Tawny sittiing on a suitcase in the hallway in a dress with her high heels up on the wall. I'm a simple man.

Let’s give credit to John Sykes on his guitar playing! KILLER playing! And the guy can sing something serious too. His guitar tone on this album is something else. When you get to Thin Lizzy, that’s a duo of Gorham and Moore. Truly legendary in the guitar community. Gary Moore is often considered being among the pantheon of greatest guitar players

"Don't let someone leave without saying 'I'm sorry'". He's about to sing a whole song about it.

Deep Purple's album Burn just turned 50 last month. David Coverdale first album with the band. The song Burn is a great song to analyse as well.

David Coverdale's voice is incredible and the era of '80s power ballads were something truly special.

Also, Still of the Night is a must reaction because we would all love to see your thoughts on that song.

When he sings that line, "...so I can hold you in my arms" is good. I was deeply in love with a good friend and sometimes lover when this song came out and it really spoke to me then.
You mentioned how effortless he makes those high notes sound. Steve Vai who toured with him a couple of years after this said that every night when they played live David Coverdale could hit all of the notes from the album night after night effortlessly without fatigue.

I’m a lesbian and David Coverdale makes ME swoon!! 😂 Whitesnake- one of my all-time favourite bands. Saw them live year before last and even though he struggles with his vocals nowadays, still such a charismatic man and the emotions are real. What a band!

I recommend LOVE AIN'T NO STRANGER from 1984s Slide It In album. Gotta admit it's also my favourite song by Whitesnake. Bluesy ballad with some hard rocking guitar. The lyrical content just tells the story perfectly. Great analysis and reaction Elizabeth. 🎸👍👍🤘🤘

That’s Vivian Campbell (Dio, Def Leppard ) playing guitar in the video. John Sykes played on the album.

the really don't produce music like this anymore with such a sense of space, tones are so clean, nothing overcompressed and the mix is perfect.

I can't believe you didn't know this song! It's an absolute classic. And Coverdale's voice is as dreamy as it gets.
