I need assistance. The gentleman that set this box up for me has been trying to help.

Every single channel i select, ppv, nfl/nhl games, all have bufferinging issues. It'll play for a few moments, then buffer for a few min, and so on. Any help?

Cleared cache, updated, hardwired to modem, VPN is being used.
