Chicken Quesadillas & Orange Mandarin Cake (Fail)

Cake Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2/ 11 oz cans mandarin oranges, most of juice drained off
Bake 325 30-35 minutes, poke hole in, pour glaze over it

Glaze:
1 1/2 Cups brown sugar
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. milk or cream
Boil for 3 minutes then pour over hot cake that has holes poked in it

Hi Betty, just now getting to this! I’m going to watch this in bits. I coincidentally have a mandarin cake coming too. I made it a few weeks ago, but was waiting after Christmas bakes to take off private mode. I was planning on uploading next, but ended up uploading my sons steaks video.
