BSc Nursing is a 4-year undergraduate course in the field of healthcare. The students who have passed class 12th with biology or have completed a diploma in Nursing are eligible to apply for the course. The aim of the course is to prepare students to serve humanity through medical treatment along with the quality of affection. The course is centered around people and society, focusing on attaining, maintaining, and recovering optimal health and quality of life.
Most of the colleges offer the course within a duration of 4 years along with 1 year as a junior staff nurse. It is basically the art of nursing the sick and the wounded and thus the curriculum includes subjects related to the human body like anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, nutrition, psychology, etc.
