I like the idea. People getting mechanical training, 3d printing bikes, learning to be better riders, that's all good. I do think the site should be somewhere fairly remote though, like the dirt bike and atv sites in the county. You don't want all that action right in the back of a residential place.

They criminals will take over as soon as they can, and It will be like every other back alley in the city, I give it 3 months and anything of value will either be trashed, burnt, or stolen, their bikes taken away at gunpoint, ect, ect. Waste of $ that the police could use for bullets, or re-educating the DA's office about how to jail criminals, and keep them in cells.
