Recorded on RHEL 8.5 (Red hat Enterprise Linux 8.5)
Same steps will work on RHEL 7 or RHEL 9.
Also, same steps will work on Oracle Enterprise Linux 7, 8, 9.

Allows you to run GUI applications using X11 Forwarding such as Oracle Grid Installer, Database Home installer etc.

Has anyone found a way to make ssh x11 app forwarding of firefox perform in a usable way? I'm using aws ec2 instances and hvae tested with native opengl [ - wgl ] enabled in xserver settings + export LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=1 on linux shell side and makes no difference, likewise with it disabled. Do i need to perhaps use some specific aws ec2 [ or azr or gcp or linod ] vm confiugration settings to get this to work with enough performance thta it is usable?
