Omg I love Loretta’s. I was so sad to hear of her passing but she was so nice and genuine each time we made a visit to the city and stopped by. And she knew her food was AMAZING, and it is!!

I'm from Ohio and I absolutely LOVE Loretta's!!! I go every single time I'm in New Orleans visiting my family. The food is amazing! Ms. Loretta was so wonderfully sweet. I missed seeing her in the shop on my last visit about 3 weeks ago. But I will continue to come every time I can!

Loretta's is our favorite! We met her and her son personally after Katrina. We have had many conversations with both when we would frequent the resturant. We miss her dearly but her soul lives on forever in our hearts.😘

Big Freedia made me visit Neyow’s today. The food was amazing. The cornbread dressing. Omg. And the bread pudding was the North Carolina in da house. Trying all the spots he spoke of!

I went to Neyow's shortly before the pandemic. I had the red beans and pork chops and it was to die for. The red beans were super creamy and seasoned to perfection. The pork chops (2) were well seasoned also and delicious. I would definitely go back.

i had Lorettas beignets and OMG they were goood. My Uber driver told me about them while taking me to Du Monde and I'm so glad she did. I hope to go to the restaurant next time I go! I really wish I saw this video before my trip. dang!

I’m here in NO! I’ve tried all 3 of the places Big Freedia has recommended! My favorite of the 3 is Neyow’s! We are finishing up as I’m typing this! Gr8 service & food! However, the best that I’ve tasted is Loretta’s beignets w/ crab meat then the praline beignets (I also got the beignets w/ PnJ but haven’t trued them yet). Good food at Marrows as well! Thanks Big Freedia for recommendations!
