When you pull the crown to the 2nd Stop, do it when the "second hand" is at Noon.
Get the EXACT Time from an "Atomic" clock or from your Smartphone
Look at the Time on your phone xxHxxM59 Second PUSH back the crown
Wait a couple minutes and verify that your Mechanical / Automatic watch's second hand is in an almost perfect synch with your phone.
