I am reading the book you wrote. I've watched Million Dollar Listing since first season. An episode ago you were asked to sell his home high in the hills that had 'no view' and given the current market, made it more difficult to sell. You featured a snippet of your grandmother talking with you, basically schooling you in not challenging what someone else wants. Something like that. To see her and you on YouTube and on this episode was beyond amazing. The man selling his house wants a certain price and he asks you your opinion on pricing, and you say 'You already have a number in A few scenes later you are having a beverage with one of your staff 'killing time til the contract runs out' because the man isn't going to drop his price;' That you showed the house at night because the owner 'thought it would show better' was priceless because it was pitch black. Thank you.

Edith was amazing but Polyester is absolutely crap!. Always thought that Bravo missed a great opportunity, I emailed them a number of times and said " EDITH AND JOSH need their own show" ! They were so entertaining together. She led a fabulously interesting life. RIP Edith. Kisses to Josh, loved Ediths book.

It's just this one is comfortable and most of the time, stretchable! And, polyester can be forgiving of the body figure. And, it doesn't wrinkle, which is great! I don't always feel like ironing. I just absolutely adored Edith on Million Dollar Listing. She was such a likable lady!
