Today’s session was ⚡️⚡️⚡️
At first was thinking about the 50 mins. But it flew by.
Loved bouncing around body parts with short, effective sets. The burn I love was intense but didn’t last long.

Killed it again Michelle! 🫶

LOVE LOVED this one! It reminded me a lot of a bootcamp class I used to take about 10 years or more ago. Took me slightly longer, had to pause a few times. I started to actually quit less than half way through and yelled at myself to stop being a quitter! just finish it! Just under a hour to finish, like seconds under 1 hour but I finished. THANK YOU for this awesome workout!
