You omitted the Personal Ordinariate of St. Peter, which allows Americans coming from an Anglican background to join the Roman church while continuing to use an approved form of the Anglican liturgy. This is analogous to the Greek Catholics, who pledge allegiance to Rome, but are allowed to use the Byzantine form of the liturgy, as well as Western Rite Orthodox faithful, who are in communion with their Eastern Rite Patriarch, but who are allowed to use approved Roman or Anglican forms of the liturgy.
