What kind of prospects to look for.

Successful networkers need to do these three things:

1. Have a good attitude.
2. Be motivated.
3. Have the skills to get the job done.

Now for the #3, learning new skills, is the easiest to do. So, don't worry if your new prospect doesn’t have the skills yet. Your new prospect can learn the right things to say.

But for #1 and #2, did you ever try to teach someone to have a good attitude? Or to be motivated? This is brutally difficult to do.

Focus on finding new prospects who want something more in their lives. You won't have to worry about motivation. And, you can quickly check their attitudes by seeing how they react to your suggestions.

Finding prospects is easier when we know what we are looking for (motivated people with good attitudes, willing to learn).
