I grew up on Long Island and have been to Camp Hero which is the military base discussed here. The time machines and other experiments have been abandoned and are still there. They filled all the tunnels with cement and everything under ground was destroyed but the building with the big radio dish is still there and you can access it

A couple years ago my friend was off school for 3 months and when he came back he seemed drowsy and had forgotten everyones name. 1 hour in he had a seizure whilst shouting out random words. A few stood out to me though. He shouted out tell a couple times and kept rambling about the government which seemed really suspicious, He was slurring so bad though no on could fully understand what he was saying. During our lunch break he sat in the corner of the football pitch curled up in a ball, shaking repeating the word "under" over and over. He's okay now but sometimes during school he'll shout out a random word and everyone will laughs at him or he'll spaz out for a few seconds then return to normal like nothing happened. When we questioned him what was happening or if he was okay he would faint so we never bothered him about it.
Watching this video got me thinking. Could he have been apart of a similar thing. We asked his parents why he was gone but they just said he was very sick. Please comment below with a possible answer because honestly I think it's possible he could be part of an experiment.
