The guy is solid, he won the league with a bunch of kids, didnt play amazing football at times but when they did it was magical. That is how you win the league, a bit of luck and solid coaching team. As a Sporting CP I can say he definitely transformed us from a terrible 4th place team and not even being in the Europa league to one of the best teams in Portuguese history. He is a leader and very good in interviews. His recruitment is very good as well, with little money compared to other teams he signed players like Pedro Gonçalves from smaller clubs who became stars and he is very good at developing youth. He has us playing very nice football.

Please do a video about Graham Potter, Brighton manager. He may not getting much headlines compare to other big name coaches but he is doing a wonder job at Brighton. And he studied psychology as part of his coaching education if im not mistaken.
