I practice Animal Flow regularly, addition to that routine your short videos play a very important role in my fitness journey. I work from home sitting on ground .. at every short break may be after sitting on ground for hours, I do your suggested movements … I can’t tell how nice I feel .. the slow meditative movements brings me back to myself as well as sends blood to the part of my body which was folded for long time … thank you so much for being there and helping people

Is this an excerpt from an actual workout? It seems to have a natural flow (and also some animal flow) to it. Either way, love it!

My knees popped five times just watching you, Ryan. I try to progress past it but every time I try the pain worsens. In a couple weeks perhaps I'll try again, with something else. Brr.
