First stop: Harry's Steakhouse — one of the best steakhouses in Mexico. We meet Executive Chef Diego Sobrino as he butchers, seasons, and wields big flames with military precision. Onto the final test: the tasting. If Chef Diego is impressed, Rafael will win long-term business.
