Well PGR had a horrible gacha in beta but it became better at launch so who knows what's coming

What was not explained about the "Reverberation wavebands" is that it is also character shards, as you can see here at 9:37 there is 0/60 Reverberation waveband. Once you get 60, you can then unlock that character. So, If you get unlucky in the gacha, you can still get the character you want through reverberation wavebands that you get from pulls. If you're lucky enough, you might get the 5* that you want through gacha pity, and also get another 5* through reverberation wavebands in just 90 pulls. 🐢🎶

i think kuro do some big brain move here

they obviously choose the same path of GI and they know it

by using GI gacha system they basically ask their player feedback/reaction & opinion bout their biggest competitor in market

without asking the player with lame survey and ask directly the question

and it worked tons of player especially from CN is giving their feedback to kuro and even rex speak up bout this

Hopefully they will add random open world events like skyrim with the giant or like npc quest in eldenring.

Also less boring puzzle/chores, UI customization, more immersion, and actual dungeons.

Because of the shard system people are suspecting youll be able to somehow unlock character shards not just Rover's and upgrade sequences. A dupe gives you enough for a full sequence, maybe we'll be able to get a smaller amount of shards to unlock them piece by piece and that's why sequences will have smaller stat buffs on each one. Since it's only CBT we can't know how bad the gacha will end up on release it might stay the same it might improve. A lot of people even in CN complain a ton on it.

2 ways of getting character:
Gacha - get a character or,
Gacha - Collect 60x wavebands - unlock character

2 ways of unlocking sequence a.k.a constellations:

Gacha - get a dupes
Gacha - get a wavebands

If you have godly patience, just slowly get wavebands from all banners or

I don't think people should be talking about the gacha system like it's 100% concrete yet considering what Kuro did for pgr.

I feel like this video didn't do the best job at explaining the reverberators from the gacha.

Do you only get them if you have the character? Or are they like Constellations you can use on any character? For example, if you get 4 star reverberating wavebands from the gacha, does that mean you can use it on any character since duplicates of a character give you their specific wavebands, and these wavebands don't look specific. That was something that didn't go answered.

Totally wrong about Kuro! I've played Punishing Gray Raven for nearly 2 years and its, by far, one of the most friendly gachas systems out of the 5/6 I randomly play. Long banner lengths and a somewhat fair amount of currency (could always use more currency). No you can't pull on every banner as a F2P but I honestly feel like Kuro/PGR wants you to have the character because I can get most of the characters I go for with a few pulls. No I'm not f2p but no whale here either. Wuthering does seem to have a similar gacha sys to Genshin. How forgiven their gacha rates will be remains to be seen.

I can't deal with the 50/50 bullshiz again, we need atleast the 80% chance like pgr does.

160 per pull and there is a 50/50 when hitting a 0-90 pity so its exactly Genshins system expect the soft pity to be 70+ we all know how that works the actual difference will be how many jems per achievement and box we get if its 5 or 10 per box opens in the world or more ( i doubt it will be more they are here to make money) now the good thing about this game is it has a lot more potential than Genshin to actually improve on systems with patches past launch and not whiter away till a competitor arrives on the marked and maybe react after a few years have passed ^_^
