Here is how you truly do it.
most devices don't have it pre-enabled, so the video tutorial is not helpful for most of us. and what was told is already a basic information most of us know.

1, ) Go turn on your developer settings. there are tutorial in Youtube how to turn on developer settings. it is simple you can do it for like a couple of seconds.

2.) After that find and enter the "additional settings" inside your settings. then slide to the very bottom of all the options until you find there a new option called "developer settings".

3.) open developer settings and find "Default USB Configuration/ USB configuration". Press that and you'll find there other USB connection such as MIDI.

4.) just select MIDI and then you are already set.

welcome.

How do I remove the annoying "allow access to phone data" message which appears when I try to change the control to the car instead of the phone. I have a Samsung S10 and just a USB connection in my infotainment system in my 2019 BMW X1. BMW doesn't use Android Auto. I want to change the USB control to "Connected Device" as it appears at the top of the screen however that pop up comes up and prevents the connection and it can not be changed.
