That architect is really passionate about retuning Mexico city to its former glory

It’s time to coexist with the water by living on artificial islands on top of the lake but more modern.

I really hope Mexicans really start to make serious efforts towards transforming our beautiful motherland so it can reach its full potential. Can you imagine a large metropolitan city that coexists with its natural landscape instead of trying to oppress its true nature? El DF could be so beautiful. I really hope it happens in my lifetime.

wow truly a amazing and informative video about something soo important, also the architect that wants to somehow transform the city to it's original form, just the idea is magnificent but if only that is possible it would truly be one of the biggest masterpieces in human history let alone just Mexico, it would be one of the most beautifulest city's in the world as it was in ancient times, I mean Venice would be nothing compared to Tenochtitlan, it was a city actual made up of floating gardens made by indigenous architecture.

I think it’s time to relocate to another location. Stop letting that city grow

In Mexico city It's not a water problem, it's an over population problem.

Chennai city in Tamilnadu state of India also has the same water crisis. Please check it out. Here people use short term solutions rather than long terms solutions.

First off, we have to realize that México City it's already overpopulated..we have to create awareness that it's time to descentralize many industries out of this metropoli...an option might be building an adjacent city where to move all these companies or business...take Brasilia in Brazil as an example..a model to follow up...then it will be plenty of water for the ones that decide to stay....🤔

El término “Tierras que no valen nada” creo que estaría mal implementado, la actividad industrial le ha quitado valor a estar tierras y a su subsuelo, me parece buen video y una versión para mejorar.

I'd like to see a video on how the local bottled water companies which sell bottled water to most citizens. Simply fill the empty bottles from tap water.
I live two houses from such a supposed bottled water provider. And becasue he speaks a bit of English often visit him. And during such visits, have personally wtinessed him filling collected empty bottle from clients and refilling them with his gathered water from his tinaca.
He sells hundreds every week, and profess's to his clients that he utilizes an filter system the same as I have which cost me due to my wife and my usage of water for showering and laundry alone some 5, 000 (1, 000 U.S) a year. But in none of my visits have I ever seen a filter system at all. Just a hose from a tap. Though there are many exploiting the bottled water here by doing the same. He doesn't even bother to put seals on them as the other due, which though it doesn't mean anything, gives credence to some of the distributors when competing for clients.

Extracting water from the air with devices would help I think. The machines are available and are as large as an A/C unit.

Politicians and cooperations: 🤬😡
There’s too mucho 🤬 water coming in! All these floods, let’s pump all the water out!
People: 🙏 yes, rain, omg finally water
Let’s find a way to keep it, due to the lack of water throughout the year.
