The scrolling example is so good! I‘ve been intermittently deleting my scrolling apps and, when I have them, limiting what content I consume, but then I noticed I was watching more TV and doing more online window shopping. It’s like screen time whack-a-mole! My scrolling is down, but, exactly, without something concrete to do instead I will find other screens to occupy myself with.

IF I have a busy day at work and feel that I don’t have time to work out, THEN I will ask my husband to do dinner prep and use that time to work out.
