I am a Turkish Cypriot living in London. My parents were children during the civil war and immigrated here once it was over. Thank you Tyler for covering this topic because I feel like no one outside of the Greek or Turkish cypriots know about this topic. I havent actually heard of Fidias so do not have an informed opinion of him as of yet but I am just glad this topic is being brought forward to allow people to do their due diligence and learn. Turks and Greek Cyps are still very divided and we have very different beliefs on what the true history is. To me personally I do no care for the past and only want the unrest in the island to end.
