Keir Starmer condemns attacks on Muslim communities as ‘far-right thuggery’

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Sunday condemned what he described as "far-right thuggery" and said those involved "will regret it."
His comments come after a far-right mob stormed a hotel allegedly used to house migrants in Rotherham, UK, on Sunday, as riots continued for a fifth day.
The riots followed the deadly stabbings in Southport, which were falsely attributed to Muslims and migrants.

Oh dear, this is nothing to do with the far right. It is 20 years of government ignoring what the British people wanted including a reduction in immigration. I am 63 yrs old, white and female and am so outnumbered in my own city that I dare not walk my dog at night. I cannot get a doctors appointment, British kids cannot afford houses so live with parents whilst our population increases by millions a year. We haven't got the room, the infrastructure or the will. This just shows how out of touch he is. It’s much more than just a gang of thugs attacking a mosque. In south port the local community banned together, the Muslim community came out and lit candles with everyone after the tragic events that happened. Then after them thugs attacked the mosque the community then went and supported them, they clean up together the damage that they caused. But you or the media never spoke about that. You would think that they would and any leader that cared about his country would be trying to unite people and bring them together, not cause more tension and drive them apart. There has been a clear decline in our society in recent years look at London and the knife crime, people just looting shops and people on e-scooters snatching peoples phones and the amount of pickpockets is unreal now. My wife is Lithuanian I first met her in 2006, she was working in a Amazon warehouse working 10 hours a day in the evenings and night. She was attending college in the mornings, she eventually got her qualifications and now has a very good financial job in Canary Wharf. She took advantage of every opportunity given to her and is so grateful and loves this country. We also lived in Luton for a few years where there is a large Muslim community and have many friends from there that we still speak too. My wife’s Eastern European friends and our Muslim friends all say the same thing about the downfall in society recently and it’s happening all across Europe not just here also in Canada and America. Where they have these woke media and governments, the break down in family values and pushing through this gender nonsense look at the Olympics and Disney films. If people come here and commit crimes send them back. Don’t take money off of pensioners for their heating bills and pay France millions to keep boats away and then spend millions putting them up in hotels. Stop that and give our pensioners their heating back. All of us agree on that. But you have people like these thugs who believe everything they read online and jump to conclusions and act like this. Yes what they’re doing is wrong and yes they got it wrong about that scumbag that did that to them poor girls. But there are genuine concerns of ALL our citizens of this country and that needs to be addressed. Yes it’s easy to look at these thugs and call them far right and uneducated and easily manipulated by stuff online etc. Every Apple produces some bad apples but that’s not the problem that problem always has been and will always be unfortunately. There are far deeper problems that need to be sorted and I blame the WEF and the woke media and governments of this world.
