Nice video, I’ve flown this business class once and I really liked it. Front row has some extra leg room which is nice. One correction also, the provided headphones do have ANC, which you can turn on by flicking the switch on the left earcup, visible at @5:36

I've flown finnair a few times and it's safe to say they have become my favorite airline. The service is incredible, and the crew is always great. They also somewhat feel like home, even though I'm not at all finnish. There's just something oddly familiar about their way of communicating and service to me. However, some very valid points for them exist. Their food/catering is often awful. I love my blueberry juice but the food they serve is often questionable at best. One of those lifelessons is never to get an egg in a finnair meal. Omelets are awful. They also lack self-service for dropping your bag in most airports, and their check-in staff is in fact usually late at the desk giving you minimal airside time. A plus for some, but a minus when you're in a big airport with long security lines that can't be skipped. (i.e. Changi). Their product is solid, though. They don't underperform, and pricing is more than fair. Good short look at their product! I enjoyed watching it!

Thanks for the report! I like Finnair's new Business cabin, though I've only tried the new seat on short haul, they use their A350/A330 to LHR AMS and MUC, too. I like the smart "Nordic chic" design in the cabins and also at the airport. The "icy" glassware they use in Business Class was first designed in 1968. Yes sometimes you find really good long haul deals on Finnair, if you are flexible with routings. I once booked BUD-HEL-BKK-ARN to catch the best price in Business to Thailand from Europe that time.

I don’t think what you said about the connecting flight is correct. If you have a connection at Helsinki, but you do not use the last, the airline may penalise you as far as I know. I came across some news about Lufthansa where they sued some passengers for not travelling on the last leg of the booked itinerary.

I don't like Finnair on long haul flights. Business is quite expensive out of HEL and with the new seats it is almost impossible to find a comfortable position for good back support, as you also mentioned. If you want lounge access and checked luggage you will have to pay a premium price. However, despite being an expensive airline, the food selection is very limited, which is in my opinion a big problem, considering the fact that the Asian market is for Finnair very important and the competition is very tough. So, in conclusion, for me is a BIG no.
