New wave in Atlantic Ocean could develop

FOX 13 News Meteorologist Valerie Mills says a new wave popped up and has a 30% chance of development over the next week or so. Mills says there's still some drier air just north of the wave, but it's found a little sweet spot just south of the dry Saharan air.
