This defense is going to get torched if they continue their lax opening-drive performances.

tOSU is playing a strong brand of football. 2nd in nation in scoring (I don’t count J. Madison), 3rd in offense, 1st in scoring defense, 2nd in total defense. Weak schedule, no adversity.
Oct is a ROUGH stretch.

I can’t tell if this is the 3rd best team in the country. Play makers are everywhere but MSU was never a threat. Texas and bama look elite even Tennessee. Ohio state does but not for an entire game yet.
And this team hasn’t even been close to being tested. Iowa isn’t a threat, the spread is already at 24.

There’s a very simple and straightforward way Ohio State loses this game….. and it almost happened.

I understand football is a game of inches….. and sometimes a bad call…..or a great stop.

Or even an amazing otherworldly thing you can’t explain like Jeremiah Smith….

Not sure WHY it happens for Joe Burrow, Cardale Jones and Maurice Clarett => and not for Kenny Guiton, Joe Germaine and Eddie George ?

Hard to tell which side of fate, destiny or triumphant will => this team will come down on but it’s been a fun ride so far……

It was great to see Caleb Downs abundant talent come to fruition.

I will admit with all transparency => if Ryan Day squanders yet another season, I won’t be happy….. and if I see/believe the onus of our failure rests on Will Howard not having an accurate deep ball, I likely will come unhinged in my comments and my disdain and disappointment of Day will force me to call for him being fired !!!!

With a 10 million dollar salary => should come the ultimate accountability !

Still….and always….Go Bucks !!!

After watching Alabama vs Georgia last night, OSU is not looking like they will keep up.

They are an average team that is underperforming, like all Ryan Day's teams do. I doubt they can beat Alabama, Georgia, Texas, or even a few others. A team that scores 3 in the 1st quarter and ZERO during the 4th quarter is not a trustworthy team
