Biden gives first public reaction after Trump victory | US Election 2024

Joe Biden says appointing Kamala Harris was the "best decision I made" as he gave his first reaction to her defeat.

The president issued a statement saying Ms Harris "represents the best of America’s story".

Earlier, the vice president gave her concession speech, formally accepting she lost the election to Donald Trump.
