A day on Penguin Island is the best day out. You can snorkel, hire a kayak or just swim. The water is clear and the sand is powder white. You may even have a seal swim around you. We had dolphins swim with us. I spend every second weekend there in summer….. it really is a perfect place to be.

Born and bred ( '58 Swanview Hospital ) left for Darwin August 80 ...population just hit 1mil now over 2 ...then the moment you went South of Robbs Jetty abortours you were dodging rabbits and roo's now the suburbs stop 20ks South of Mandurah...then you could drive from the Nedlands hotel to Dianella after a dozen beers and see 20 cars total ! now good luck ( rightfully so ) then a busy surf at Trigg was with 10 others...have you tried to get a car park there recently ? All of that said it is still the best big city in the best State ! 😎👍
