Trains at Queenstown Road Battersea, SWML - 20th November 2024

Welcome to all who subscribed and to those visited ny channel to view ny latest video.
On this freezing Wednesday 20th November 2024,I visited Queenstown Road Battersea, which is situated on SWML, and located just outside Clapham Junction and near Vauxhall.
My reason to be there was again to make the mostt of 455s before they all disappear next year.
My first impression on this station, I think it’s really good, if you into lot of fast through Trains like myself then this station is for you.
Certainly does keep you occupied as you have lots of Trains coming from left right and centre, lots of passing throughs, and few stopping services. You have 2 overhead bridges, 1 on opposite end, one is Southern & Gatwick Express, & South Eastern on the other.
The views are great, which you have long stretch track view look towards Waterloo line, and they line that leads to Woking you have trains emerging from the tunnel when it passes through.
Does have a good facility, there is a coffee shop located downstairs near the exit and entrance.
Trains you will see are mostly SWR Desiros 444, 450, DMU 158 / 159, EMU 455s, newly converted 4 car Juniper 458, and quite a lot of 701s Arterios compare to what I have captured in the past, some of them are on testing and one on a Windsor service!
As a whole is a really good station, will cone back sometime in the future.
