The perfect snack or side!

Ingredients:

1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar (or other sweetener)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp chilli flakes

Directions:

1. Thinly slice the cucumber
2. Add sesame oil, rice vinegar, salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame seeds and chili flakes.
3. Toss to combine. Serve immediately. Enjoy! 🫶
