For as long as I can remember, my Bachan-you might say Granny-would cook up the most amazing meals with our umami-filled, teriyaki-ish sauce! Well, we decided to give our Original Recipe a little kick! My family and I are honored to bring you Bachan's Hot and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce, created by my generation.

I'm on my 4th bottle. It's pretty damn good. I used it to marinate drumsticks overnight and cooked it on a charcoal grill. One of the best chickens that I've ever made.
