This is a very late comment but I am going to do a similar thing and leave the Instapak inside a pc for 5 weeks. Is there any issues in leaving the instapak inside the pc for a long period of time? Thanks for the upload.

Pressure on axial fans ==> noise === system overheating and/or cpu damage ... You should have done this externally but putting the entire chassis into the bags
