Thanks for reminding that gratitude and curiosity are two key factors to enjoy our ordinary life. While on the other hand, I think that building resilience is more important to help us cope with stress, adversity and difficult situations. It is a crucial trait that helps us navigate the ups and downs of life and overcome challenges that come our way. Maybe you can share your ideas on cultivating resilience next time🤣

Thanks for the practical tips for developing gratitude habits! I think it's a very good idea to think about 3 things that we are grateful in the morning so as to counteract morning blues😅

I know a friend who is optimistic and seems happy all the time, she said it's simple as she has a gratitude and hopeful mindset! Even face with difficulties, she will take them as opportunities and genuinely believe that things will be better than before.

Yes, it takes curiosity (which I am lacking😅) to spot pretty things around us. Will try!
