Knestor's Shocking Message from Ancient Cave Painter

Professor Knestor Jackdaws of Oxmouth College, England, speaking about his lifelong interest and fascination with the earliest artistic "movement" on the planet: Cave Paintings.

He shares his theories on their mysterious meaning, and also presents a translated snippet of a message that accompanies one of the paintings found in a nearby dig, presumably a diary entry by the ancient artist him or herself.

Professor Knestor, proponent of creativity and opponent of critical remarks about art and artists, is himself the creation of actor/impressionist Jim Meskimen.

Nothing better than starting my day with a little Jackdaws. Thanks for the encouraging words, Prof!

Far more educational than an episode of Bill Nye the Science Guy. 👍

My compliments on the translation. I hope Zurg watched his words thereafter, he was "treading on thin ice" - at that moment. (it got quite thick later on I'm afraid)

Well done, Professor. You'll get tenure yet.

The professor is right - if there is no benefit from the remark, and it is only a negative one, why make it?

Haha funny!

Critics come and critics go - but the art remains.
