Always had issues with food. To the extent I struggle to eat even once a day.
Used to have to force myself to eat, and it was a miserable time, and brachas were not heartfelt and a burden.
Since then, I no longer force myself and focus on looking forward to the bracha after eating (for bread). Now eating is a pleasure, not because of the food but because of the blessing afterwards. Totally understand what you meant when you said about burdens of prayer and brachas. Will make sure I’m more aware from here on in with other things. Thankyou.
