"Every YouTuber" 🤣. Been on the Youtube doing running related content for the last 15 4:15 for the mile (3:55 for 1500m) when I was in college (but i was more of a 10km-Marathon guy!) 🤣. Keep it up 🏃🏻‍♂🙌!

I know you addressed it but yea... airrack can probably do a sub 5. Personally my PB for the 5k is a 18:40 and my PB for the mile is about 5 minutes.
