Yeah the audience member he chose was so "random" that he had pictures of the father to post on the screen lol

The Copperfield one is a great case of so good it's simple to work out. A twin and a printer.

“It’s clear that it’s an illusion” or “it’s clear he’s using sleight of hand” doesn’t apply when someone is floating or someone’s hand it seamlessly passing through a glass table

The Indian rope trick is done by hypnotising the audience. Why it is never filmed.

Albert Camus is claimed to have said "There are two great tragedies in life. The first is to never have your heart's desire. And the second is to have it."
The same can be said for magic.

My theory on the first one: The “random” person is not random, rather an accomplist. It’s not live either, it’s pre-recorded but they have to practice to get the timing and everything right so as if it appears live and real. The teleportation is simply a trap door. The random person just never gets out of the back stage until the entire show is over.

Second penn and teller: What we see him cutting in the background is actually a tv projector and wall screen. So it shows the picture backwards but we see it in normal vision. So all of the cutting over leaves is actually just a video playing in the back. You can see the light coming from the projector on him. The flower isnt a normal flower. It just looks like that and there is a device that is timed to automatically cut off the "leaf" and see it fall to the ground. There is actually just a string that looks like a vine that is getting pulled and it just cuts off that part. Which sends off the "leaf" that was secured on loosely. The timed machine that makes it look like a flower part falling off is then timed up with the video coming through the tv projector so it looks like he is actually cutting them off. In real life he isnt cutting anything.
