I GAVE MYSELF A QUARANTINE HAIRCUT // International Flight Attendant Vlog 5 2021

Hi guys :)
Since hair salons were closed here in Austria due to lockdown, I decided to give myself a quarantine haircut. What do you think about the result?
Additionally, in this week's vlog you'll see my weekly grocery haul and I show you how I make homemade nutella. By the way, our fridge finally got here this week, we are so excited about finally having a full-size fridge!

Your haircut looks great, good job Verena !  If you have enough space in your fridge under the counter to store your food, you and Mario should go ahead and exchange the damaged fridge.  Otherwise, if the fridge manufacturer gives you a discount for the cosmetic damages, just take it so that you have a fridge to keep your food.  You can place magnets that you collected from your trips to cover the dents.  Most fridges in the US nowadays have a large tray in the door to keep a 1-gallon milk jug, and definitely an icemaker.  Thank you for your Hazelnut spread recipe, it looks really yummy ! 👍👏❤😄

It was a substantial fridge/freezer that you & Mario purchased for your apartment, although i personally - would send it back due to the lack of Wine/Prosecco/beer inside 🤭

Same here Verena, I cut my hair on my own. But I goofed it up, so its more apt to say I "shaved it", than "cut it"..😆! I bought a moser trimmer and tried exploring my hidden talents in hair cutting to finally realise I made "Taj Mahal" like spikes on my head😄. Finally, I trimmed it to zero. Good part is, its almost 3 months and I still don't need to comb it even 😀 . This video made me also check on what determines the hair colour. We have only black hair here and when we get old, it just turns grey, two colours, just like the seasons here.! That's a big fridge, hope things got sorted out favorably. Actually, they should reduce the price or replace it. That homemade Nutella looks very yummy 😋. Here vaccines are out and is currently rolled out to front line health and associated workers. As you said, light at the end of the tunnel is visible now from quite far atleast now. One positive side of this pandemic is, it brought people across the world together. Hi Verena. Thank you for the weekly vlog and nice uplifting quarantine message. I love the fridge. It looks so roomy. We had 6 inches of snow in Dallas today, so it kinda felt like Austria. We only get storms like these about once every 7-10 years. Hope you had a great Valentines Day with Mario.

You did a great job! I have been cutting my own curly hair for years.

I recently cut my 16 yo’s hair but his is very curly, so you can’t see a mistake. I also cut my husband’s hair which is normally very short and he has very little on top. ☺️ But my 14 yo’s since it is only wavy.... I am scared to cut his. He is also very picky!!! We finally made appointments at the Frisur since they open again March 1 but the appointments are not until the second or third week of March and my younger son begged me to trim his so we will tackle that later today. Wish me luck!!!

I was like oh no, don’t cut your own hair but it turned out great!! I am also fed up of the lockdown, the UK had a November one, we came out of and then my area when back into lockdown 2 weeks later the rest UK went joined us in the beginning of January, it just seems to be dragging on and on. Thank you for your positive and empathetic message; encouraging messages mean so much at a time when we are growing weary of all of this.
I used to cut my hair and you're right you need a mirror set up where you can see all around - and sharp scissors. I wish we could have seen the actual cutting to see your method, you look so pretty with your layers and soft curls. Hope the fridge situation isn't a royal pain so you can be satisfied and fully enjoy your new fridge. I remember my 2nd apartment in Vienna with a tiny fridge and remember to this day being in the store shopping for a larger fridge. It wasn't nearly as large as yours but was perfect and suited our needs. Have a great week Verena and Mario!

Wauw you did an amazing job cutting your hair. Curles have for sure come back in the back 😜🥰
I need to get mine trimmed but i am hoping next month our hairdresser will be allowed to open again 🙏🙏🙏🙏 but it so hard to really know .
Otherwise i get my husband to maybe trim it ( have General short hair ) your homemade spread looks very tasty

Really interesting video. Your hair looks great. I have been cutting my own hair as well and haven't been to the salon since end of 2019! I shop at Aldi and Lidl here in the United States so I like to see hauls from these stores in other countries. It's a lovely fridge that you've purchased so hopefully there will be a discount off the price.
