this is updated version, i have added:
+ Added Mayhem Mode: this will randomly throw NPC vehicles and objects around!
+ Added "Get the fuck outta my way!" hack: it will make NPC vehicles and objects fly straight up!
+ Added Freeze NPC: should explain itself, also applies to objects.

Features:
Nitros - Gives car speed boost that is similar to nitros. It uses 4wd on all vehicles! Adjustable boost strength!
Speed boost - gives car forced speed boost.
Super brakes - stops your car almost instantly even at super high speeds (reduces car speed by about 50%)
Super speed boost - gives your car huge forced speed boost (about 2x the car speed), useful at low speeds
Instant stop - stops your car instantly, regardless of your speed
TurboBoost Jump - hop over traffic cars or other obstacles or fly short distances by combining it with boost!
Teleport - helps you get past hard barriers, you can also get inside buildings
Save/Load location - this is experimental and might not work well for long distances. (i have plans on updating this, but for now don't rely on this hack).
Mayhem Mode: this will randomly throw NPC vehicles and objects around!
Get the fuck outta my way! - this will make NPC vehicles and objects fly straight up!
Freeze NPC - should explain itself, also applies to objects.

this is updated version that adds some fun stuff. freeze NPC, mayhem mode (throws NPCs around randomly), GET THE F OUTTA MY WAY (throws NPC cars straight up). those things also work on some objects, like posts, fences ..etc.
parked cars are only effected when you touch them, they need to be touched!
