In my humble opinion, and it isn’t too humble, there is no better meat on the face of the earth, than beef short ribs. Never thought about raising them after smoking them! But that does sound like a good idea!

Oh WOW!!! You really knocked this out of the park (like you do so frequently). And those ribs looked like they might have been Prime cuts. You continue to amaze and put together some absolutely mouth watering recipes. Don't think I have ever braised short ribs after smoking them but I think I soon will be. Thanks for the video and idea.

Great video. I just got new Camp Chef Woodwind pellet grill. Might try some short ribs this week. I have made them on charcoal and they are delicious. Keep up the great work!

Another great cook that left me hungry for beef short ribs (at 10am). I'm going to need to get another smoker that can cook at these slower temps. My Pit Barrel Cooker does an amazing job with everything I throw at it, but it's too hot for some cooks and the Big Chief is useless in the cold months of the mid-west.
