I’m not raw vegan, I’m more pescatarian but primarily plant based. However, I just got back from a 10 day vacation at an all inclusive resort in Mexico. Without thinking about it, I was drawn to fresh fruit as my primary breakfast food with a little granola, fruit and salad with a little balsamic dressing for lunch (maybe some cheese if at all) and some fish with more salad and fruit for dinner. Barely looked at the dessert table…all my friends gained weight after they weighed in today…I lost almost three pounds and feel great. I think I’m going to keep this up…I won’t go raw at this point, but there is definitely something to this.

I connected with this alot as i would binge on starch at the beginning if not eating enough fruits an i would eat less fruit an just try to focus an live around the starch like an addiction it was more filling for longer with next to no nutritional benefits and once i start i cant stop and that what is what i tell people now if theres something use lose control over like rice and once you start you cant stop an feel like crap afterwards then you should avoid those things 100% and eat more fruit instead.

If you look around at all your older relatives/friends, you should notice that the healthier ones (and the ones that are still alive) are those that include a lot of fruits/veggies in their diet and less junk. At least that's what I've noticed.

Though i am not all raw, dinner with potatos, i am going to give this a try for 2 years, but what i have noticed is that compared to fruits each time after i consumed the cooked food, mostly potatos without any fat, it really takes time to digest which makes a big diference.

How do you do raw in cold climate? Like Montana Colorado not got fruits and veggies available. Plus so so expensive. I always see raw eaters are in warm climets. What is a weekly budget on raw eating? Beans Lintels Rice Quimua is more affordable 😮

It really takes time to learn and find the balance.

That diet made me so hungry and I was always cold. It's not good for me.

Fruit & Starch—both break down to sugars in your bloodstream, right??

Great advice! I know exactly what you're talking about.

Its unfortunate that fruit isn't nowhere near the nutrition density as it was thousands of years ago. Unless you have something like Durian most fruit lacks the nutrients so we need to eat so much to balance our the physical experience but if you live more in nature and humanitarian lifestyle you don't need as much as energy is coming from source/service.

80 10 10 likely came from a man named Nathan pritikin. Fruit is too acidic for me hurts my teeth. Nuts give me chest pain. I eat starch and some fruit and sugar and a little gauc and nutritional yeast. Oil hurt my chest too
